About The Legends
Legends are an incredible group of Hope City people who are age 55+. They are uniquely positioned to make a significant impact for Christ in the lives of others. We are committed to providing opportunities for our seniors to apply their gifts and talents in support of their family, church, and community.

Legends Walkabout

Join us for a fun and refreshing outing led by Lesley Langan! Back by popular demand, on Friday, June 19, we're heading to Butteville, located about 50 minutes south of Portland, next to Champoeg Park.
We will meet at Hope City at 9:30 AM and carpool together. Since it's a bit of a drive and gas prices are high, we ask that each passenger contribute $5 to their driver.
After our walk, we'll enjoy lunch at the historic Butteville General Store. We encourage you to look it up and learn about the fascinating history of this unique destination. They also serve great food and delicious homemade ice cream!
