Please be prepared to complete a medical information section (including insurance info and date of your last tetanus shot) and provide the email addresses for 2 personal references who are not in your family. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must complete the medical information section and sign the medical consent and liability release.

There is a mandatory leader training on July 29 at WCC from 10am-2:30pm. You must be able to commit to this date (or connect with Family Pastor Jake Vaden to schedule an alternative training) to serve at Black Lake.
