Event Description
Our friends at the Wichita Center work hard to provide our local neighbors and students with the resources that they need. They offer food, hygiene supplies, and a clothing closet for students and their families. All available at no cost. Because they are diligent about serving our community, we love to partner with them throughout the year to stock their shelves with the items that they need.
The clothing closet at the Wichita Center allows students to shop, for FREE, for clothing and shoes that they like. They are able to shop 4 times per year, and this is a service available to all students who are in Kindergarten - High School.
This year, at the Summer Bash the Wichita Center will be there to collect donations for this year's Back to School Clothing Drive. You can learn more about their organization and meet the team while you're there. Or can bring items to Hope City on Sunday mornings through the month of August.

Clothing items needed (new or gently used - all sizes needed for students kinder through high school):
- Winter coats
- Rain jackets
- Sweatshirts
- Shoes (mostly tennis shoes)
Other needed items to restock the hygiene supplies:
- Bar Soap
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Hand Soap
- Kids Soap
- Body Wash
- Deodorant
- Lotion
- Toothbrushes
- Toothpaste
